The ECBE’s purpose and intent is to continually strive and to support excellence in superlative business education, by actively encouraging experimentation and profoundly superior levels of teaching. New Professional Guidelines from OXCEL
OXCEL has launched new guidelines for the achievement of its professional awards. Individuals who wish to be associated with OXCEL have to demonstrate that they possess 6 out of the 9 Qualities of Leadership (i.e. Leading and Developing Others, Developing Capability and Capacity, Influencing, Making Sense of Complexity and Ambiguity, Integrity, Ethics, Ceremony, Leading Change and Handling Cultural Diversity).

Award of Certificates
The Oxford Centre for Leadership is a professional body and awards certificates upon completion of the courses that it endorses. These certificates are awarded based on the newly launched 9 Qualities of Leadership.

Independent Body
The Oxford Centre for Leadership would like to state that it is an independent professional body and not part of the University of Oxford.
