The Oxford Centre for Leadership facilitators includes a large team of experienced professionals whose main focus is supporting organisations and individuals in their development, either through customised programmes, personal coaching or other forms of outreach support into the organisation. In total The Oxford Centre for Leadership comprises more than 30 core facilitators, professional staff and their support colleagues, a similar number of adjunct facilitators across the world, and partner organisations worldwide with whom we collaborate on certain programmes.
